OUR BUSINESS LICENSE WAS RESTORED!
On March 5, Vancouver City Council voted to restore our business license at 247 West Broadway.
Two of the three councillors on the panel agreed that we were not guilty of “gross misconduct” and ordered the Chief License Inspector to restore our business license.
We are now the only store in the world with a business license explicitly to sell psychedelic mushrooms, LSD, DMT and other entheogens.

This is a historic decision. We hope that this will lead to further changes to allow all responsibly-run shops like ours to also be licensed.
Mayor Ken Sim is not happy about this decision. His ABC Party has been threatening to overturn the business license.
It is vitally important that there is visible strong public support for this decision.
Please let City Council know that you support business licenses for mushroom shops!
